Working alongside GlobalVac & Air (GVA), our team completed the installation and startup of a compressed air and vacuum system designed to support R&D laboratory operations, including sterile processing equipment and lab bench testing applications.

The system included a duplex scroll air compressor package and a duplex lubricated rotary vane vacuum system, selected to provide redundancy, reliability, and consistent performance in a lab environment with variable demand.

The installation also included the Applied System Technologies (AST) TruLink piping system, supporting a clean and efficient air and vacuum distribution network throughout the facility.

Our focus was on proper installation, system integration, and startup commissioning to ensure all components performed as intended from day one. Coordinated execution between all project partners helped ensure a smooth startup and a reliable operating system.
